Simon Elkaim, who is colorblind but can see bright and saturated colors, worked with Crina Arghirescu Rogard, an architect, to redesign the TriBeCa apartment he shares with his wife, Kirsten Lewis, furnishing it with sculptural furniture in bold colors.
